External Environment Analysis The paper will discuss how the macro-environment in China will affect the survival of Lââ¬â¢Orà ©al in the luxury cosmetics industry. The study of the macro-environment in China enables the company to have an overview of the China market thus the company can develop competitive advantage and effectively identify opportunities and threats especially for effective decision making (Yuksel, 2012). 2.1.1.
